<p id="ember600" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">„Ich mache das eben schnell selbst.“ „Dann geht es schneller.“ „Bevor wir jetzt lange diskutieren …“</p>
<p id="ember601" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Und oft stimmt das sogar.</p>
<p id="ember602" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Kurzfristig.</p>
<p id="ember603" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Doch genau hier entsteht ein Problem.</p>
<p id="ember604" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Wenn Führungskräfte dauerhaft einspringen, selbst lösen, selbst entscheiden und selbst nacharbeiten, passiert etwas im Team:</p>

<p id="ember607" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Nicht aus böser Absicht. Sondern weil es sich so entwickelt hat.</p>
<p id="ember608" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Das kostet Eigeninitiative. Lernkurven. Und langfristig auch Motivation.</p>
<p id="ember609" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Führung bedeutet nicht, jede Lösung selbst zu liefern.</p>
<p id="ember610" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Sondern den Raum zu schaffen, in dem andere Verantwortung übernehmen können.</p>
<p>Manchmal beginnt das mit einer einfachen Frage:</p>

Weil sie den Fokus weg vom Problem und hin zur Verantwortung lenkt.</p>
<p id="ember614" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Natürlich braucht es Situationen, in denen Führung schnell entscheidet oder eingreift.</p>
<p id="ember615" class="ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph">Aber nicht jede offene Frage ist automatisch ein Führungsproblem.</p>

<p>Nicht, weil sie ihren Beruf grundsätzlich nicht mögen. Nicht, weil sie einen schlechten Chef haben. Und oft nicht einmal, weil die Rahmenbedingungen wirklich schlecht sind.</p>
<p>Sondern weil sie merken, dass etwas nicht mehr passt.</p>
<p>Die Freude ist weg. Die Energie wird weniger. Der Sonntagabend fühlt sich schwer an. Und die Frage, ob das wirklich die nächsten zehn oder fünfzehn Jahre so weitergehen soll, meldet sich immer häufiger.</p>
<p>Früher war die Antwort oft einfach: Dann suche ich mir eben etwas Neues.</p>
<p><strong>Heute höre ich andere Sätze:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>&#8222;Bei der aktuellen Wirtschaftslage kündige ich doch nicht.&#8220;</li>
<li>&#8222;Was ist, wenn ich in der Probezeit wieder gehen muss?&#8220;</li>
<li>&#8222;Lieber ein Job, der mich unglücklich macht, als gar kein Job.&#8220;</li>

<p>Denn meistens höre ich ihn von <strong>Menschen mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung</strong>. Von Menschen, die Teams geführt, Projekte geleitet, Krisen gemeistert und Unternehmen mit aufgebaut haben. Menschen, die für andere eine enorme Bereicherung wären. Aber irgendwann haben sie begonnen, ihrer eigenen Geschichte zu glauben.</p>
<p>Der Geschichte, dass Veränderung nur etwas für Jüngere ist. Dass man mit Mitte fünfzig nichts Neues mehr anfangen sollte. Dass man froh sein muss, überhaupt noch einen Job zu haben.</p>
<p>Ich verstehe diese Gedanken.</p>
<p>Die wirtschaftliche Unsicherheit ist real.</p>

Und der kostet oft mehr Kraft als jede Veränderung.</p>
<p>Dabei geht es nicht darum, morgen zu kündigen oder übermorgen die erste Bewerbung zu verschicken.</p>
<p>Der erste Schritt ist meist viel kleiner. <strong>Sich ehrlich einzugestehen, dass man unzufrieden ist.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Und dann neugierig zu werden.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Was genau fehlt eigentlich?</li>
<li>Was müsste sich verändern?</li>
<li>Welche Möglichkeiten gäbe es, wenn die Angst einmal nicht die Hauptrolle spielt?</li>
</ul>
<p>Denn die meisten beruflichen Veränderungen beginnen nicht mit einer Kündigung. <strong>Sondern mit dem Mut, die eigene Situation ehrlich anzuschauen.</strong></p>
